Although you may think this is the guy from the 90's - over the hill - pop rock band Everclear. In fact, it is Pittsburgh Steelers Kicker Jeff Reed.
According to bustedcoverage Mr. Reed was signing women's crotches and puking in this lowly Pittsburgh area bar. He also demolished a paper towel dispenser (allegedly). Please notice the darkons he was hanging with that night.
